MEET OUR FOUNDER
Simon Bogdanowicz is an experienced entrepreneur, business consultant, and enterprise sales leader with an analytical backbone built on Wall Street with over 14 years of professional experience. As a result of his time working in the capital markets, enterprise sales, and growth consulting, he’s able to combine acute business acumen with deep relationships across all major industries to help companies build for the long-term. He takes particular pride in developing bulletproof go-to-market strategies and identifying the best paths for growth and adoption.
Aside from growing Catalyst Global to a reputable and trusted strategic consulting firm that was born out of BlockTeam Ventures, he is also a Techstars mentor, the largest startup accelerator in the world. Simon is also a guest lecturer at UCLA.
Previously, Simon co-founded LaunchTeam, a niche marketing agency with clients across six countries. Prior to that, he worked for some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Thomson Reuters and Selligent, where he led multi-million dollar business development efforts for enterprise technology solutions focusing on the Fortune 1000. His clients included Netflix, United- Health Group, FedEx, Viacom, Pfizer, and Raymond James. Simon started his career on Wall Street, performing various financial analyses as a top-tier M&A investment banker for the Royal Bank of Canada, the 11th largest bank global investment bank.
Simon is a BBA graduate from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
